  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine or equivalent.
  • Master's Degree Certificate in Aesthetic Surgery.
  • Other identity cards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or equivalent.
  • Master's Degree in Aesthetic Surgery.
  • Notice of Operation by COFEPRIS.
  • Advertising Notice by COFEPRIS.
  • Tax Status Certificate.
  • Frontal Photograph (Will be displayed on this website in) directory).

    Membership Commitment Letter

    Dear members of the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery,

    I, [your-name], hereby express my commitment to and acceptance of the terms and conditions established by the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery for my membership. Accordingly, I detail the agreements reached below:

    1. *Authorization for the Protection of Personal Data:*
    I accept and authorize the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery to safeguard and use my personal data in accordance with current legal provisions, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of said information.

    2. *Agreement with Established Quotas:*
    I acknowledge and accept the fees established by the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery, committing to make the corresponding payments within the established deadlines.

    3. *Commitment to Ethical Guidelines:*
    I commit to adhering to and respecting the deontological and ethical guidelines established by the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery, ensuring integrity and quality in the practice of aesthetic surgery.

    4. *Compliance with the Council's Statutes:*
    I accept and commit to complying with the statutes and regulations of the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery, actively collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of standards of excellence in the practice of aesthetic surgery.

    This letter of commitment is valid from the date of its signature and will remain in force during the period of my affiliation with the Mexican Council for the Certification of Aesthetic Surgery.
