For the first time:

Certification options for cosmetic surgeons who have completed their studies and are seeking certification from the Mexican Council for the Certification of Cosmetic Surgery.

Examen de certificación que es válido para los Cirujanos Estéticos que han terminado su postgrado, avalando sus conocimientos, destrezas y años de estudios para poder ejercer como Cirujanos Estéticos CERTIFICADOS.

This exam is generally administered in person at three locations: Tijuana City, Mexico City, and Guadalajara.

Registration:

Open from December 1, 2023

Recertification:

These are options for renewing the COMCCE Certification for Cosmetic Surgeons who were initially certified, but whose certification has now expired.

Option for credits:

• Current Certification by credits
• It will be obtained through the minimum accreditation of 250 credits.
• Point-based homologation criteria according to CONACEM.
• Documentary evidence of said score must be gathered and sent to certificacion@cirujanosesteticos.org
• A payment of 15,000 MXN must be made to the COMCCE account.

Exam option:

The exam and process are repeated as if it were the first time.

Special Certification Exam:

Special Certification Examination modality which can be taken by those Cosmetic Surgeons who have more than 15 years since graduating from his postgraduate course recognized by COMCCE.

This Certification exam is conducted orally., covering all areas of Cosmetic Surgery that are included in the Curriculum of Postgraduate Study Centers.

A payment of 15,000 MXN must be made to the COMCCE account.
